monitor the clock when you face the negativity

spend the littlest time under it

it is nothing but an uninvited guest, a fingernail,

the more you hold it and clutch your fist

it will dig into your palm and hurt you and make you bleed

as soon as you can, get rid of it

of the guilt,

the regret,

the pain,

the anxiety,

the fear,

the judgements,

the jealousy

and all that mess

rise above it all

like a wisp of cotton flying in the air
